Sales Tax
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in California at the rate of 7.75%. Sales tax will not be charged on orders purchased outside of California.
Return Policy
The Golf Connection provides its customers with products of highest quality and value from reputable manufacturers. We will warranty the items against manufacturer defects based on their warranty period. We will also help you in resolving any other issues that may arise after this timeframe. Worn footwear will be repaired or replaced at the manufactures discretion. Please contact us by phone and we will make every effort to resolve any problem. We will try to do our best to fit you when sizing is an issue. Please call us at 760-777-1124 if you need any assistance. Used merchandise, Final Sale items, and Special Order items may not be returned.
All merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund as long as the item is in new condition, in its original packaging with all product and price tags attached. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise and sales tax only less any restocking fees if applicable. The returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee when more than 50% of an order is returned. The shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Re-shipping charges may be applied in the case of exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part. Sale items that are discounted more than 30% off the original selling price are eligible to be returned for exchange only.
