Shipping Policy
The Golf Connection ships all orders through United Parcel Service (UPS) based on price and reliability. All orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within one business day. We will usually process the order on the same day but this allows some flexibility to meet your delivery expectations. You can expect delivery dates as follows:
UPS Next Day Air - Shipments will arrive in two business days
UPS Second Day Air - Shipments will arrive in three business days.
UPS Ground - Shipments will arrive in 4-5 business days in most major destinations.

We will contact you before processing your order if any items are out of stock or on backorder to determine if you are still interested in these items.
The shipping charges are calculated by adding an item to your shopping cart and entering your shipping address zip code. Each item has an approximate shipping weight that helps determine your final freight charge.
Sales Tax
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in California at the rate of 8.75%. Sales tax will not be charged on orders purchased outside of California.
Return Policy
The Golf Connection provides its customers with products of highest quality and value from reputable manufacturers. We will warranty the items against manufacturer defects based on their warranty period. We will also help you in resolving any other issues that may arise after this timeframe. Worn footwear will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion. Please contact us by phone and we will make every effort to resolve any problem. All merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund as long as the item is in new condition, in its original packaging with all product and price tags attached. You are responsible for any freight charges required to return products. Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card account for product returned. Products returned that represent more than 50% of the original order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $10.00. Used merchandise, Final Sale items, and Special Order items may not be returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
